Google Wonder Wheel

Go to Google:  www.google.com and type in  a topic of your interest.

Under the Google logo you will see; Web Show options.

Click on Show options.

Then click on Wonder Wheel in the left column. 

Click on the links at the end of the spokes.

Example:

http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&rls=com.microsoft%3Aen-us&tbo=1&tbs=ww%3A1&q=operating+room+utilization&btnG=Search&tbo=1&tbo=1&tbo=1
