Hello again from Boston. The city is jovial after the Red Sox swept the Yankees last night. I was lucky enough to go to the game, my first time at Fenway. The coolest part of it was when Jacoby Ellsbury (an Oregon native!) stole home in the 5th inning.
MGMA President and CEO Dr. Bill Jessee gave a keynote presentation this morning on "the State of the Healthcare Marketplace". Wow... we have many challenges ahead of us as practice administrators (to my knowledge, he did not prescribe any antidepressants for the audience afterwards). This conference is providing some terrific tools to deal with those challenges.
