I'm looking for information pertaining to closure of outpatient clinic charts - what policy you all might have as it relates to your expectation (e.g. Patient encounter documentation closed within 24 hours <90%)
Also do you have this in policy?
How did you implement - how long did it take you to get this rolling?
Is it implemented and if so do you incentivize for meeting goal?
