Wow - what a meeting! Personally, this was a great year for me. This year was much more relaxing than Philly last year..... it was Brenda's turn to have meeting responsibility and she did a great job. It is a little bittersweet rolling off the Executive Commitee - I really enjoyed working with everyone on the EC and MGMA staff. I learned a lot about what goes into planning these conferences and it isn't as easy as it looks! On the other hand, I am glad that other AAA members have the opportunity to step into the role - keeps it fresh and lots of new perspective so you guys and gals start thinking about next year already. We have so many potential AAA leaders in our membership and it isn't as bad and goes much quicker than you think.
Ok - so we had a little controversy but isn't that what this is all about??? An opportunity to see what the doctors are seeing & hearing!
