CEO salary

I am the president of a 13 orthopedic surgeon group in Florida with 4 offices.  We employ approximately 80 employees. Does anyone have an idea on salary and a bonus schedule that would be appropriate for our CEO who runs our practice from the ground up?

Have you looked at the MGMA Management Compensation Survey? It is available through the MGMA bookstore. This survey breaksdown compensation by size of organization, geographic location, single vs. multi-specialty, etc. I think you would find it helpful.
