I am on the MGMA Survey Advisory Committee and wanted to send out this reminder to all in this community. Over the years, many of us have used MGMA surveys to assit in benchmark comparisons and to inform decisions we make about compensation. Recently there has been many posts related to medical director and on call. As pressures continue on costs, continued scrutiny is likely and information to help guide all of us in administration is paramount.
The quality of the MGMA survey depends on the quality and quantity of the responses. Please make sure that your organization is submitting and feel free to past this reminder along.
