I, too, received a great quote on a monthly premium for my small medical office (22 employees).
Once the actual premium listing came back and the company had 'rated' all the employees and
gave me a final premium, it had doubled.
Do not rely on quotes until the insurance company does its rating.
I could find individual plans for my employees at half the price of a group plan, go figure!
