It does seem a little challenging to get to the handouts. I was able to get to them by going to mgma.org/mgma13-mobile (this is where you can download the mobile app for the conference), then going to "Itinerary Builder", then "Full Conference Schedule". Not all the session have handouts that can be downloaded, even though they have a "handout" link.
You can also download them via the mobile app for the conference.
