Greetings all
I have a simple question - does anyone have a resource that explains the guidelines to posting a 2ndary pmt in which the contractual adjustment has changed from the primary contractual adjustment? When the 2ndary pmt has their own contractual adj that is different from how the primary carrier has processed the claim, is the org-primary contractual adjustment removed and then replaced with the 2ndary carrier's contractual adjustment?
