Can anyone clarify V5299 Hearing Service , miscellaneous and V5298 Hearing Aid, not otherwise classified?
What services they are intended for, can an audiologist/ HAD bill them or are they medical codes? Can V5299 be billed with V5014 Hearing Aid Repair?
Also, does anyone know if X4530 and X4540 can be billed together for the same day to Medi-Cal ?
