As safety is always at the forefront of everything we do. We do struggle with hospital safety protocols as many times they have to be revised to meet the needs of the "physicians practice". I am curious how other hospital owned practices operate their safety program. Is it the practice manager or coordinator that is the office "safety officer" and participates in the hospital safety program or what are you doing that is working.
