Has anyone implement Physician Performance Benchmarks in their clinic/organization? If so, what are the things you included? I am working on creating operational and revenue focused benchmarks for our organization's physicians and would like to compare. Any input is appreciated!

Mary, We start with relative value units for the various services and procedures. Then we multiply those by the volume or activity. After that, we employ a conversion factor. Finally, there are some lesser value incentives for various areas.
