Does anyone have staffing levels they would like to share. I am looking for the number of FTEs for patient registration and collection specialist (commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, workers comp, etc). So far MGMA has not been able to provide this information due to the small number of laboratories that respond to their questionaires.
