Does anyone running a Neurosurgical practice also have a Pain Management practice? If so, does your group ever consider the Pain Physician's for partnership, considering the yield of their practice is so much less than that of a Neurosurgeon. If you are a Neurosurgery practice with Pain Physician's as partners, can you tell me how you implemented partnership?
